Shipping Tips For Sending Games To VGG
Please note that this information is meant as guidance only, proper packing of your games for safe delivery to us is your responsibility and we highly recommend you ship all packages UPS or FedEx and always insure the shipment.
Start with a high quality, new box with no other stickers or labels on it – ideally a corrugated box 200-lb tested (this is the type of box we use for return shipping) that is approximately twice as big as all your games to allow for plenty of packing/padding material.
Consider putting games in a plastic protective sleeve, these WILL be returned to you and provide a good additional layer of protection. These are a great option
Securely tape the bottom of the box, at least two strips of strong high quality packing tape designed for use in shipping.
Put at least 2 inches of protective packing material for protection in the bottom of the box and around the edges.
Wrap each game in protective wrapping such as bubble wrap and place them carefully next to each other in the middle of the box surrounded by packing materials. .
Place at least 2 inches of protective packing material for protection on top of the games to fill the box and allow the games to be held tightly in place once the box is closed.
PLACE A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION ON TOP OF THE INSIDE OF THE BOX BEFORE CLOSING THE BOX.
Seal the top of the box with at least two strips of strong high quality packing tape designed for use in shipping.
