Information contained within this website and any details included on graded game labels based on the evaluation of each game is based on information that is commonly accepted as true and accurate within the hobby of video games collecting at the time of grading. All such information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and Video Game Graders LLC has no liability for changes to commonly accepted details regarding the history and details of vintage video games.
All payments to Video Game Graders LLC are non-refundable once the order has been received by Video Game Graders LLC.
Authentication and grading of collectibles is inherently subjective. Video Game Graders LLC makes no warranty or representation and shall have no liability to the customer for the grades/scores rendered by Video Game Graders LLC for any game. Including the opinion regarding a game or seal not being original and authentic.
Video Game Graders LLC handles all submissions with adequate and reasonable care. In the event the Customer’s submission is damaged while in Video Game Graders LLC possession, the Customer will be compensated based upon the replacement value or declared value (whichever is less) to be paid in a reasonable amount of time. This may include filing a claim with our insurance carrier.
Video Game Graders LLC may open cartridges to verify authenticity (applies to CIB only).
In the event an item is damaged in transit while in the care of the shipper all claims will be handled through the shipper and subject to their timeline, terms and process. Video Game Graders LLC and the Customer agree to act in good faith in dealing with the shipper during any claim.
The Customer assumes all responsibility for damage to submissions that occur before the submission is received by Video Game Graders LLC. Video Game Graders LLC will not accept packages that arrive damaged – they will be refused and returned. It will be the Customer’s responsibility to work with the shipper for any claims. We strongly recommend insuring all packages sent to Video Game Graders LLC.
THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY THAT VIDEO GAME GRADERS LLC SHALL HAVE TO THE CUSTOMER, OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR WHOM THE CUSTOMER MAY BE ACTING, ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE, ACT, OMISSION OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED AUTHENTICATION OR GRADING CHARGES PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE AUTHENTICATION OR GRADING SERVICES RENDERED BY VIDEO GAME GRADERS LLC WITH RESPECT TO THE ITEMS SUBMITTED FOR AUTHENTICATION OR GRADING HEREUNDER. IN NO EVENT SHALL VIDEO GAME GRADERS LLC OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF ITS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
